CN Police and RCMP Fort Erie, ON.

I was listening to CN as someone called in a vehicle too close to the rail, RTC indicated they located the vehicle in question, at Fort Erie.

The RTC said they’d dispatch CN Police to the scene.

CN Police reported that said vehicle was an unmarked RCMP Captain’s vehicle doing an investigation.

Vehicle was reportedly only 5’ from the rail.

Anyone have a clue as to wether CN or RCMP would have the jurisdiction in this case?
