Talkgroups 65113 and 65010 are correct but should read    after them.
All Volunteer fire agencies will be assigned there own talk groups and it will be in channel position 3 for OPS 3 in each depts radios. etc.

Huh? You need to be more clear about what you're asking for in your post/submission.

Are there any other locals monitoring the Oneida cell who can chime in so we can form a consensus on these talkgroups?

The snowstorm today was a good chance to verify some of the TGs that virtualspin315 posted for deletion. I can confirm, there was zero action on talk groups 65186, 65187, and 65188. Highway Department Channels 5-7 were busy with lots voice traffic. Recommend you delete the following:

65186 Highway Department Ch 2
65187 Highway Department Ch 3
65188 Highway Department Ch 4
