From the January 6 Technical and Operations Committees Minutes.

12/20 3 channels added at Gunbarrel and turned on. 12/20 Last Dollar site relocated to Specie Mesa and turned on. WQDX507 12/21 PPRCN’s Badger site deleted from system.

To be frank, it is not a good idea to let certain entities be aware that you are getting information from their minutes. They very much dislike official information making it to this site.

That said, RRDB admins tend to want "verified" information from users rather than what is printed on paper. I am not able to log any of the sites mentioned.

Most, if not all of that, is public information available from their website. As (essentially) a government agency, its a free for all - via public release or Freedom of Information requests.

They have been pretty good at keeping stuff in the open. Information such as talkgroups, codeplugs and the such are confidential, but general notes on what is going on, is not.
