Coast Guard Atlantic City P25

Added 412.9750mhz (P25) and seems as though the coast guard is actively using this channel now. I pick up the Sector side loud and clear. But helicopter side appears to be encrypted.

Any other digital frequencies to add for the CG in this area! Thanks!

I'd add ALL of the VHF and UHF LMR from the wiki, each Sector runs differently, but here in New England we do find the other channels getting used more and morw.
