The Coast Guard is performing rescue operations at this time. Multiple helicopters (Rescue Heli 6589) and a Cessna (42 Bravo) are in the area to help access and evacuate flood victims.
They are using 123.00 MHz and 156.800 MHZ. The Black River has breeched its levee around the Neelyville area. The Water Patrol and FEMA are in the area also.
