Coast Guard/NJ EMS operations?

I'm catching pieces of University Hospital EMS operations calling Northstar and Coast Guard helicopter. No air support available due to weather. Now they are calling to dive teams from Wallington? Not sure on the incident .. any info?

2:50AM: NJSP dive team en route, possible NYC response?

Its was a perp Newark PD was chasing after a hit & run of a pedestrian. The perp stopped on Raymond Blvd and jumped into the Passaic River.
