Where have you gone , Joe Dimaggio?

I live next to the Boston Coast Guard Station and I am getting nothing on VHF marine or the LMR channels for awhile now. Does anyone know where USCG Sector Boston is operating? I haven't received anything, digital, encrypted, or otherwise. I know its still the slow season but I'm getting nothing. What's up? Where are they?
