COAST GUARD UHF - NOT VHF

Anyone have a good reference site for Coast Gd UHF (NOT VHF) freqs? I've tried monitoring a few such freqs in Maryland - but never copy any comms. Hear mostly aux units on VHF...wondering where the full-time CG cutters conduct their ops when coastal.

USCG-SAR 2 (Air/Sea Rescue)- 287.8000
USCG-Air Primary- 381.8000
USCG-Air Secondary- 383.9000
Combine these with the standard following USCG VHF:
USCG Cutters/Helos- Nautical F-21: 157.0500
US Nationwide Calling/Distress- Nautical F-16: 156.8000
USCG Tac 1: 162.1250
USCG Tac 2: 162.3250
USCG Tac 2: 163.1250
*Tac Freq's. may be encrypted*
USCG Law Enforcement A: 165.3125
USCG Law Enforcement B: 165.2625
*Law Enforcement Ops may be encrypted*

***Also monitor both of these as they will give valuable info during an aircraft emergency in coastal regions***
Military Aeronautical Emergency (UHF Gaurd): 243.0000
Civilian Aeronautical Emergency (VHF Gaurd): 121.5000

I personally have heard traffic on all of these when I was living in Charleston, SC, especially active on 9-11-01 and the following weeks.
