Band plan is as shown above. The one listed in DB is from the temporary 2-site system that was set up after one of the hurricanes came through. Will submit an update to DB to correct.
Its updated, but it will show 1 and 9 instead of 0 and 8. The database more or less mimics the actual programming software which recognizes 1-16 instead of 0-15.
I do not see any link to LRGVRRS in the control channel decode. I think it is possibly a shared frequency between the Harlingen (LRGVRRS) and Robstown site both have 857.0875 shown as control channels. I regularly get skip from the valley and have picked up LRGVRRS channels while scanning Coastal Bend sites. Scanners search all programmed control channels and none that I have can be programmed to receive a only a specific WACN.
