I just recently ran new LMR 400 coax and moved my shack into a new area of the house and have a question regarding coax and a copper hot water pipe. My coax runs over the copper pipe which is for my baseboard hot water heater. What are some suggestions to mitigate that so I don’t damage the coax from heat?

Thank you! Presuming that my local hardware store would have that as well, since I don’t live close to any major retailers.

Ace and True-Value carry it. I would expect most do.

check the size of the pipe and get the right size insulation. Most likely it is 3/4” but could be 1”.

Got a pool noddle hanging around by the pool? Cut it in half and duct tape it to the pipe
