Coax feed on rotating mast

I plan to rotate my telescoping mast with a Hex Beam on top. Will it be an issue to run the coax inside the telescoping mast to feed the ant at the top? I have guys and a 80 mtr dipole on the same mast (below the beam) and am concerned about the respective coax cables coming in contact when rotating the beam.
