Is there a problem running LMR 400 coax down from roof antenna next to a common electric wire twin run down wall entering room ? Could there be any type of static causation?

Could be if there is something in your home that generates a lot of electrical noise. Ideally the electrical circuit should be in conduit or romex inside the wall, so there should be some separation. Keeping some space between them is a good idea.

As a low voltage installer code states do no run next to live AC as you could get 120 Volts AC inducted on your low voltage / coax.
I am never closer than 12 inches or cross at 90 degrees in a horseshoe over the AC.
