Cobb County Scanner coming down.

I have been advised I have to remove the car to car talk groups from my scanner feed for Cobb County. I will be removing the scanner this Monday. I like to listen to the car to car myself, so I will just remote access my scanner.
Sorry, I have been a provider for several years with the same setup, but I guess it has not been compliant with what they allow.

What will happen if you do not comply? You don't HAVE to do anything, because you are not doing anything illegal.

This is what I got "remove the law enforcement talkgroups from your scanner's scan list that are not dedicated dispatch channels (like the "private" channels)". I have been doing this for free for three years, but I guess its over now. I will not remove the channels because that is what I like to listen to.

I have been providing Bartow County for a year and a half and they have had the policy in the Terms of Service when I started.
I agree to NOT broadcast dedicated tactical, car-to-car, SWAT, narcotics, detectives or any other channels or talkgroups that are not routine dispatch or special events related

Even though it is RR's rule, I also understand the reasoning behind it.

I want to thank you for providing the feed. I sometimes listen when I am at work in Cobb.

Baley, would it possible for you to use your feed for Cobb Fire, Cobb EMS including Metro and Puckett dispatch? Thanks for a response.
