I know this has been discussed before, but couldn't find the thread.
Is there VHF simulcast now just inversion or is it actually encrypted? When in the area, I could hear them, just not that great of a signal to tell. If it's encrypted it certainly doesn't sound like it, sounds more like inversion if anything. And what's the point of doing it to that channel anyways if there trunked system is wide open anyways?
