Isn't Cobourg an 800Mhz system? If so, it doesn't need a custom frequency table.

cobourg trunking

after a wee bit of help from mike i put in the frequencys last night , then tonight i rushed through supper i even did the dishes to speed things up lol then drove down to cobourg to see if it would work , nothing but silence so i pull into the local tims to check my settings , i found the scanner was detecting the tower site as the strength bar was going full tilt , this is with four opp cars sitting in the lot too , i finnaly figured it out it was on control channel only so i clicked it off and it worked !!! 45 minutes down to cobourg 5 minutes there to find it works then back home again my wife thinks i am crazy

Cobourg also simulcasts on 142.485 with voice inversion. So for those who live farther out. This frequency can be heard farther, usually more so then the Cobourg City Trunking system. If your not able to get a lock on the control channel from where u are

You'll need to feed the audio out to a computer running the Inversion program.

The north repeater is now low power and directional. South-west lobe is the strongest towards the midway point between Port Hope and Cobourg.

is that because they are encrypted?

I am actually going on a fishing trip to Peterborough Next weekend, and would be willing to try to scan it on the Pro 96 if it was possible.

Oh, you can scan Peterborough all you want, they're an EDACS system.

However, you won't be happy with what you get. It's an encrypted system. However, the encryption has been known to be turned off in the past.
