Interagency Frequency for Fire Medic air-to-ground. Looking to identify frequency for DB update: Cochise County Fire medic LZ air to ground with lifeflight medevac helicopters landing zone coordination on "The Interagency Frequency". Unable to locate frequency, most likely in 150mhz-159.99 frequency range.

As I understand it VFire21 is the standard medical air to ground frequency for all of Arizona. It looks like Cochise County may be an exception. Another exception is that VMed28 (155.3400) with NIFC (National Interagency Fire Center) Tone 6 (156.7 TX only) is designated the standard medical air to ground on wildland fires. VMed28 is designated for wildland fires in 7 of the 11 western states. Idaho uses VFire21, Washington and Oregon don't have one designated and California uses what they call "CALCORD" (156.075 156.7 TX only) for both wildland fire and statewide medical air to ground.

Hearing new Q3 Fire3 (Q-3 Fire-3). Hearing SEACOM Fire-West dispatched units ask to operate on Q3 Fire3 (Q-3 Fire-3). This may be both patched to Fire-West. Besides being possibly different receiver/channel/frequency/location, possibly could have it's own frequency pair, when needed, since re-purposing is occurring in area. Infrequently used. Information only.
