This is just to let people know what I am hearing.
I believe the Cocke Co Road Dept is using NXDN48 on 453.2625 MHz, i just happened to come across them today by accident. I had DSD+ running while i was searching through channels when I heard the digital signal show up on the frequency. While I am not 100 % sure that it is them, they are naming roads that are in the county and they are applying salt to the roads.
When I went to the FCC database, I get a license termination notice for failure to meet the buildout requirement:
ULS License - Public Safety Pool, Conventional License - WPWE524 - COCKE, COUNTY OF

Also fyi, there can be large amounts of time between tranmissions in case someone else wanted to try and monitor them.

TY for the heads up Danny. Please if you confirm it is definitely the case, go ahead and make an official submission to the db. TY!

I went ahead and listed both repeaters as NXDN. If this proves otherwise, please let me know.
