Coincidence?

I think it is interesting that with an ice storm this morning and numerous power outages that the Camp David/Site C/Site R area is unaffected (see attachment). I know that there other locations that are unaffected also but I'm not a big believer in coincidences.

Coincidence? Maybe but then again maybe not.

Actually, I'd be quite shocked if a critical NCA hub, such as CD, had anything short of the very best power continuity measures in place on the planet.

Their systems are generally designed to be somewhat nuclear-survivable. Ice storm, schmice storm, really (though they can appear pretty apocalyptic when MD gets them).
