Colorado Hospital Talkgroups

What are the Colorado Hospital Talk groups listed in the Database used for? Does anyone know?

They are in-place for medical reports from ambulances but in the metro area only used as a backup for that Charles with cellular phone reports being primary. Other places in the state they are used a little more for med reports but most EMS folks would rather use cell phone if possible for privacy concerns.
