Colorado SP & C-DOT IN DB

I have a question / suggestion with the new and improved DB each county will end up with a STATE AGENCY listing
(a completed example would be Larimer county)
APPEARS FORMATTED CORRECTLY
This is were any conventional STATE frequencies will be listed
I realize much has moved to DTRS but these are still listed are they active?

Might I suggest we each look at
