Colorado Springs bound aircraft missing since Apr 1st found in OK

As paged earlier on MNN...

The aircraft's wreckage was spotted by a pilot passing over head in Oklahoma around 4 p.m. and local S.O. confirmed two dead in the burned wreckage, called the CAP, and turned it over to OHP.

The aircraft was registered to Neil J. Asting. He's had his current pilot license for about 6 years.

As seen on KRDO, Monument PD officers went to neighbors homes yesterday asking if they had seen the Asting couple.

They have not been ID'd officially but have said who the AC is registered to:
