I will be in Colorado Springs for Christmas. Is there anything good to listen to that is not Project 25? Thanks

Non-digital listening

Conventional: air freqs, US Forest Svc 168.725 and CS fire station paging MAY still be simulcast on 154.13. City, county, state MA, LE and fire are on P25 systems.

There's a modest amount of mil-air out of Peterson AFB as well.

CSFD does not simulcast on the old VHF freq. Some of the county FD's still occasionally use their old VHF/UHF conventional freqs, but other than that, you'll need a digital scanner.
