I am picking up some TGs that aren't listed here or in my Police Call. They all start with 00. They sound like some sort of public service. Does anyone know what these are?

Yes,
001 through 257 are all analog Colorado Springs Utillities talkgroups. I've been trying to figure out which is what for the longest time. I've had my hands on their radio's before and know the names of all the channels but I have no way to put the names to the talkgroups since they hardly ever change talkgroups, and the guys usually don't even know channels outside of the ones they use, and I've never gotten one of their radio's through my shop so I have no way of getting the information out of the radio. So any help would be great in trying to figure out what is what.
Most of the channels are like:
Underground Electric North
Unerground Electric Centrial
etc...
Overhead Electric South
etc...
Residential Gas West
etc...
Hope that helps,
Kevin
