There is one DTRS site near Colorado Springs on Cheyenne Mtn. At that location it has wide-area coverage.

The Colorado Springs/El Paso County system has multiple sites.

Does anyone have a map of where the DTRS towers are in Colorado Springs?

Just look west and a little south from downtown there is only one DTRS tower covering Colorado Springs and that would be Cheyenne Mountain.

It reaches quite a ways....Pueblo County CSP units come up as using that tower at least as far south of Pueblo.

AKA NORAD. I'm one of the few people ever to have climbed it on the East face - with permission anyway from all the commanders anyway :) About 1980. Just look for the nest of antennas. They are hard to miss. The engineers that work the various sites up there must have a decent sense of humor...I recall a "Caution - Children at Play" sign up there nailed to a tree. I have a photo of it around here somewhere :D -Rod-
