Columbia Co Phase 2

As anyone be able to monitor Columbia County Sheriff Department Phase 2, with the new Uniden BCD 436HP or BCD 536HP?

I heard that, but I was wondering if anyone has tried to monitoring them with a BCD 436HP since they went to Phase 2.

If they're encrypted it's not possible to monitor them.

I have a PSR-800 and I can hear the first syllable sometimes word, but it is all garbled after that. I have only found two talkgroups on the system. (1 and 24) I can deduce 1 is the dispatch frequency and 24 must be car to car. I have it set on my scanner as a wildcard and have not found one transmission in the clear.
