Columbia County - P1 Down

Columbia County P1 has been down since early Monday (11/5), with all traffic moved to County (Fire) Ops 2. I caught some coverage testing on Ops 2 first thing Monday, after which they directed all units to switch from Ops 1 to Ops 2. The last thing I heard on P1 was some random tones Monday morning (possibly testing radio/repeater operation?).

This definitely doesn't sound like a planned outage. Anyone know what's going on?

I went back through the archives and came up with this:

7:41 [County P1] Due to maintenance on this channel, all police units are to utilize County Ops 1, County Ops 1 until further notice.
7:42 [Bloom PD] Just so you know, maintenance is working on County P1 - there is no P1 until further notice. If you need to talk to county [...] use County Ops 1.
7:42 [Berwick PD] Just so you know, maintenance is working on P1 - there is no County P1 until further notice. If you need to talk to any of the officers on P1, you need to use County Ops 1, County Ops 1 until further notice.
9:05-9:11 [County Ops 1/County Ops 2] Multiple requests to switch and check County Ops 2 coverage.
9:12 [Unknown] All units if anybody needs one of the county officers until third shift - P1 is down, they're all on County Ops 2, County Ops 2 you can talk to them.
9:12 [County Ops 1] All units disregard the message this morning for County Ops 1, you need to utilize County Ops 2, County Ops 2 to talk to county.

Perhaps this was planned..?

P1 back, with new parameters...

As of right now, P1 is active again, but is now narrow FM and CSQ. I'm going to submit this to the DB as well.
