Columbia County Sheriff/OSP Radio project

Is Columbia County Sheriff/Scappoose available thru OSP radio project and If so what transmitter should I select to hear it Portland? I tried the conventional for Scappoosse and I get nothing. Any suggestions ?

If you're looking for L7/ Scappoose PD, it's just a local repeater/discreet that you might be able to RX as far as Saint Helens.
L1 CCSO/PD Dispatch was being carried on OSRP as TG 40904 / 9fc8. Other than that you might want to consider a directional antenna and a good VHF receiver.

On my Uniden 996P2 I can pick them up with no problem from Salem on the OSRP system, West Salem site.
