I'm not hearing any activity for Columbia Gas in Athens and Hocking Counties. I have two frequencies from RR: 452.2625 and 451.1375. I've done a search on here but other threads I saw are very old. I'd be interested in listening because they are working on streets in northern Athens County now.

I've never heard anything on Columbia Gas frequencies. I believe they are P25 conventional.
If they are replacing lines it will be a contractor with Columbia oversight.
I found the contractors when they were in my area on one of the FRS or GMRS freqs. They were a couple of weeks just on my small street, replaced all lines, main and runs to houses. Did a lot of sewer line inspecting and locating.
