COLUMBUS' MOTOROLA RADIOS

Hey everyone,

This is just a question out of curiosity:

Does anyone know what kind radios the City of Columbus Firefighters use? Do they use Maxtracs? Spectras? I remember a fireman showed me his walkie talkie one time but i didn't even think of looking at what kind of radio it actually is.

Think these are it. some might even still use the old STX (Sticks) model, but I've really never looked all that close before

Columbus FD uses Spectras in the vehicles and MTS2000's for portables. I think the only two XTS3000's I've seen are the Chief and Asst. Chief.
