Comal County Fire Alarm Dispatch (154.2950) Tone-Outs for programming Scanners and Pagers

Department Stations Tone A (hz) Tone B (hz)
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All Depts - Special Notices & WX Alerts ALL (Unknown yet if this exists)
Bracken Fire & EMS N/A 788.5 1217.8
BSB Fire & EMS (Bulverde/Spring Branch) 1/2/3/4 788.5 953.7
BSB Fire & EMS (Bulverde/Spring Branch) 1/2/3/4 788.5 651.9
Canyon Lake Fire & EMS 1/2/3/5 553.9 584.8

Notes: I Need help and or more time to distinguish 2 tone pairs for BSB (BSB=Bulverde/Spring Branch)
Most calls for BSB Stations 1/2/3/4 FD & EMS related calls use just tones 788.5 & 651.9.
Some calls for BSB Stations 1/2/3/4 FD & EMS related calls use dual or stacked tone out pairs.
I cannot see a pattern yet and indeed it may depend on which dispatcher and how they key in calls?
When these stacked tone out pairs go out it varies from 788.5/953.7 then 788.5/651.9 or vise versa.
Sometimes for all BSB stations I will only log calls with just these tones 788.5/953.7 by themselves.
Perhaps Comal Co Fire instructs dispatchers to key all calls to FD (651.9) and some just to EMS (953.7)?
What is needed is someone on the inside to come along and clarify these unique B-Tones and their purposes.
