Has anyone noticed lately that for some reason at night, off of the Listowel and Durham towers im picking up all of the surronding OPP units such as Perth, Grey, Huron and Bruce along with Wellington on the Wellington 8416 TG. Is there a reason for this such as maintenance or another way of saving money using one dispatcher for everyone? Just Curious.

That pretty much sums it up. You will often hear MTO and MNR talkgroups patched in too.
As we speak The normal 5Charly Burlington and 5 Golf Niagara Patch is on MTO Enforcement T/G 3968 right now.
