Ok, simple question.. Yes, no, or knowledge..
Has any of the commnet analog patches gone quiet, besides mount aggie???
Explanation --
Aggies patch 155.4525 went silent. Many tests were heard since it's shut down. Today, it came to life at 8:15 am with many counties checking in..
next time they check in, I'll check the p25 talk groups..

I bounce back and forth between digital and analog and I listen to the Eaton Mountain tower in Skowhegan for zone 2 and its actually currently running right now. Its possible they had it down for maintenance. Or if they patch the tower to another channel other than the zone dispatch it will seem quiet. Its happened to Eaton Mountain when certain incidents happened in Zone 2 where they had multiple law enforcement agencies tied together on that tower along with state police.

Rumor I heard was - mt aggie was temporary. Unknown why. And all last fall I heard tests. Short.. Then, 2 weeks ago, a certain fed agency tested on it.
So, aggie tower still going... Good.

They also shut them off when something sensitive is going on. Maybe they never turned it back on.

I still get them-just more agencies using digital now so the patches are not used much.
