Common Police Frequencies

Nice tropospheric ducting is forecasted for the 6th in my area. Since I can't stay up to catch it all (school is starting), can someone tell me some common High-Band Police frequencies other then what's listed in the RR Wiki?

I'm in Beachwood, NJ. The tropo level is going to be at 6, which doesn't happen often.

BTW, I meant to say "Since I can't stay up to catch it all (school is starting), can someone tell me some common High-Band Police frequencies other then what's listed in the RR Wiki so I can leave my scanner on through the night to record it all?". Sorry about that.
