Compile Source Code for Dump1090 on Windows

I am running Dump1090 on both Windows & Linux (Raspberry). The Linux version I've made some modifications and it was easy to recompile on the Raspberry.

I do have Microsoft Visual Studio for Windows and was wondering if anyone has a step by step procedure to compiling/linking dump1090 on windows?
