milf....the freq you listed in Channel 5 (car to car) is the input for the Channel 1 dispatch.

Should this be the case?

Yes right now, as CH 5 is one of the OLD freqs still in the line up from the original 4 chan Hi Band system (154.8300, 151.0700, 156.1500, 155.5050)
It is listed as a Base Station, and Mobiles. but is mainly a talk around/Car to Car freq right now. Once all the new stuff is fully integrated by mid 2005, the line up will be changed to its "permanent" setup till digital conversion. Lo Band 39.5000 will be left in for the time being as interop with MHP on the Tangi/Pike border, but plans are to phase it out completely, and a new patch set up using MS's Statewide Hi Band as the link freq when full changes take effect. I wil keep you all updated.

In other areas, such as the Concordia Parish/Adams County - MS River crossing, there are still no exact idea when a new Interop Freq will be chosen, and Lo band 39.5000 is still used for MHP-LSP.

Here are the complete input listings.. (notice that 156.150 is a dual purpose freq right now...)

155.7375 FX Unkown to which output
156.1500 BM/FX Confirmed as F-1 Input,.... and as F-5 (for now)
156.2175 FX Unknown to which output
159.1350 FX Unknown to which output
159.1575 FX Unknown to which output
159.2175 FX Unknown to which output

Chan 8- 155.4750 NLEEC BM Probably not gonna see much usage..... Though it would make a perfect interop for all MHP-Tangi-Pike-LSP-WPSO

Did Tangipahoa, Parish give up on going digital ??? I was able to confirm tonight that they are still using ch1 154.830 with a dcs of 173.8 tone. Looks like multiple police departments in the county are using the same frequency. It 's very active.

TPSO will eventually have at least one TG on the LWIN, but currently they are getting parish FD's on it first. If you can confirm all the tones for the repeaters it would be a welcome thing. I first confirmed the TPSO system when I lived in MS years ago. I have confirmation on two of the chans, but really need an update on all the freqs.. TY

Beaming into Jackson County MS again tonight like it's a neighboring county. :)
