Anyone have any experience with this antenna?

I was looking at the Comtelco All-Band from Scanner Master and then ran across this one. It's optimized for 160-170 (2.5 db) and 460-470 (4db)
Here are my monitoring needs in order of importance:
#1 Railroad
#2 450-512mhz (but only local stuff...don't need to pull in distant signals)
#3 150-160mhz public safety..also mostly local stuff.
#4 I would like to hear CHP (40mhz) but not critical...
