I have tried all combinations of “164 Power 164” and I can't
make anything work. I need network file, frequencies file and
any more info to make this work if possible. Copy and paste if
possible.

You are parked on site 25 monitoring site 25's control channel. Yet, you are requesting information about Graceville (which, by the way, would actually be loc #1 on FCC license KNFX257.

It would be futile to enter any specific frequency information into DSDPLus if you do not know what frequencies are active for that site or their LCN order. And in the case of Graceville only one frequency is listed in the DB (and there is no telling if the LCN or color code for it is correct).

DSDPlus.Networks
Con+,164,"PowerSouth Energy Cooperative"

DSDPlus.Sites
Con+,164,12,"Graceville FL"
Con+,164,25,"Victoria AL"

DSDPlus.Frequencies
Con+,164,12,1,451.6000,456.6000,1
Con+,164,25,1,452.5000,457.5000,1
Con+,164,25,3,451.2625,456.2625,3
Con+,164,25,5,452.6000,457.6000,5

That is what Sites 12 and 25 would look like in the DSDPlus.* files, based upon supposed confirmed/accurate information in the RRDB. You don't know if all three frequencies in Graceville are active, or what the LCN order is. So it would not be very useful to program them into DSDPlus by guessing.

I don't think it's a case where you can't get anything right anymore. It's simply a case (at least in some instances) where the RRDB information is not complete or accurate. What is in the DB is probably accurate, but there isn't necessarily enough information in the RRDB confirmed for the Graceville site. Only one frequency.

And the issue with Cap+ systems is that if they aren't busy with a lot of traffic, then the additional frequencies rarely ever get put into use by the system, and without the additional frequencies being in use with activity there is no way to determine the LCN of the frequency (and no way to even determine that it is active).

Now, with that said, if one day an event occurs around Graceville whereby the only known frequency appears to be very active (like perhaps after a storm), then tune your DSDPlus to one of the nonconfirmed frequencies (meaning, one of the frequencies for the site that isn't listed in the DB) and sit on it. If DMR voice comms occur on the that frequency, you'll see a notation that it is the first | second | third cap+ repeater. When you see that notation, you'll know the LCN for that frequency. "first" cap+ repeater is LCN 1, "second" cap+ repeater is LCN 2, "third" cap+ repeater is LCN 3, etc. And once you know the additional active frequency and LCN, it can be programmed into a scanner, or DSDPlus, or (better yet) submitted to the RRDB for inclusion into the database.

MTINDOR is correct about the missing frequencies. I had this issue. Looks like only 1 frequency in the RRDB for your location. There is a FCC frequency listing for the same callsign licensed out of Alabama. They might be on the same frequency or won't be. I am the kind of fellow who will try to complete missing information. I manually found three missing frequencies using FMP24 and DSDPlus to find them (See Below). Took a while. I kept switching the frequencies around in the DSDPlus.frequencies file till it worked. Even found a frequency unlisted they where using. Had a few think my dongle was off which it wasn't. It is quite a chore completing a Con+ system. When you figure it out, submit your findings to the RRDB they will verfiy it including the frequency unlisted. Many Con+ listeners will be very thankful. RRDB loves to have complete accurate information.

This is the system I corrected. Note 464.875MHZ is not on Hobby Lobby's license for Oklahoma City yet they are using it. This is Cap+ not Con+ just showing you it can be done.
Corrected and still the same https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?siteId=18695

Learn how to program DSDPlus Fastlane for your system. Get used to how it works then hunt the missing frequencies down and test them. You may have to do some switching. MTINDOR is a good mentor on this. He is the one that helped me when I was new to Con+. Poor guy pulled his hair out of his head quite a few times I bet lol!
