Concord Fire has been using 483.7125 MHz as channel 2 for some time now. Nobody has updated the Concord page yet. What PL/DPL are they using? Inquiring minds want to know.

They may most likely be using the same DPL as they use on their primary channel. I can't figure out why 3 departments are using that same frequency in such close proximity to each other. Concord, Tewksbury and Watertown are pretty darned close to each other. Another example is Newton's F1 is Salem's F1, Salem's F2 is Winthrop's F1. And you got Wakefield and Brookline utilizing the same primary frequency. Mightily crowded in the Boston area.

I have it programmed as 483.7125 PL 146.2 and have heard traffic on that tone in the past. It doesn't get a lot of use so might take some time to verify.

in 2007, I captured it as 146.2 and it was known asCh.16 [Simplex]

Other Reports have shown it as 250.3 Hz as Ch.02 a Rptr
