I've located a Cap+ site that is carrying radio traffic for the Lights On Fest event at the Concord Pavilion today (9/18/2021). The pavilion has no radio licenses, and this Cap+ system seems to be a portable site with an itinerant license to Road Radios LLC (WXAQ821). Who knows if this will remain after the event, so I won't submit to the DB just yet. This is just here for anyone interested in listening.
The system consists of a single channel, two slots.
