I'm thinking if I want to connect with two other stations on Echolink, I have to enable conferencing and select two in the settings tab and have those two stations connect to me?

Depending on the type of device EchoLink is running on and the type of network and internet service you have there could be router or firewall issues but if other stations can already connect to you with no problems then enabling conferencing and setting the desired maximum number of connections should work.

I have connected to one station when it popped up in my alarms and had no issue.

I just have two other stations I want to connect with at the same time and I don't want to tie up a repeater.
