It doesn't matter.
The CDAT folders, which contain the data for the scanner settings, frequencies, trunked systems, etc. are completely unrelated to the CPU/DSP/EZ Scan software.
Keep in mind that this transfer will not work as well from TRX to 1095. There are additional features, such as NXDN, on the TRX, so the 1095 will either ignore (ideally) or totally freak out when confronted with NXDN and other data it doesn't understand.
You can either use the files from the SD card, or the PC local copy, which is found in MyDocuments, TRX-2 or Whistler 1095 folders, respectively. Just grab every "CDAT_VS.###" file on your 1095 or in its EZ Scan folder.
If for whatever reason, something seems to be off, it probably has to do with the ISCAN._GLB file. But let's not worry about that at the moment.
