Confused on frequency

I installed the frequencies for the Lake county,Illinois sheriff (EDACS) I noticed on the RadioReference.com the #8 frequency is 868.56250.
But on chicagoscanningclub.com the #8 frequency is 867.56250.
Who is correct?

lake county frequency

I listen to lake county all the time and Radio Reference is correct #8 868.56250

I could be wrong but one might possibly the Imput channel and the other one is the output channel
This is just my two cents.

The correct freq is 868.5625.

867.5625 was put in an old CARMA publication by mistake years ago and was copied over by ChicagoScanningClub. BTW, I think the Yahoo group for ChicagoScanningClub is dead, I don't think the website has been updated for years.
