Hello all,
I'm trying to program CSP on my 996T with USAD.
The 996T appears to be decoding the control channel, I get the sys ID and site.
I hear nothing on the radio. Drove across the state four times, nary a peep.

I have it programmed as a type II system.
It worked OK before rebanding.
USAD does not allow custom band plans for type II.
I don't see custom bandplans in the database.

Aside from changing the control channels, is anything different with this post rebanding?

Thanks

you need to set up rebanded bandplans. Be sure there is not a newer version of the software because it should be able to do it. If not, use Freescan as that will work.

CSP Rebanded Bandplans

OK, I get it so far.
But I dont see any offsets or difference in the programming based on the RR database for CSP.
To me, a custom band plan has the upper and lower Freqs, offsets etc, none of this is in the RR database.
My firmware is 3.01, which is the latest and should be no problem.
If it is a custom band plan, what are the settings?

Thank you,
Jim

The rebanding ranges are standard for every rebanded system so it is not necessary to repeat them on every rebanded system's page.
A search should find many references to them.

Free Scan for CSP

I put the freescan pill on my tongue, and.....
It went well!!!!
I entered the band plan, and now I will see next time through on 95.
I will continue to use USAD, but add systems with Freescan.

Thanks for the Uniden link, that was most helpful, and I used that bandplan.

Thanks to all, case closed.
