Connect Plus LCNs necessary for scanner?

Can I successfully follow Connect Plus trunked TGID conversations by control channel only monitoring? If not, is correct LCN order necessary for this system? Using a TRX1.

TRX scanners doesn't do control channel monitoring in DMR trunk. It scans all frequencies you have entered in a system for the talkgroup and there's no need for LCN. When an active user releases his PTT the TRX scanner immediatly scans all frequencies in the system for that TG during the delay period.

You need all the system frequencies entered. Control channel only doesn't apply to Connect Plus, EDACS, etc... just P25.
