No. I hear them in the clear.

The signal strength is weaker since they switched on the Phase 2 a few months back.

Only a Phase 2 scanner will hear any of CSP.

Do you only hear them on the sds200 or does your other scanner work good with it?

The 325 P2 picks them up on an indoor antenna from Middletown.

I use an external Discone on the SDS200. They both receive transmissions the other occasionally misses, so I need them both to reliably receive CSP.

Like I said, the signal is a little weaker, but I hear them from Middletown.
