I hope I am not out of line here. But if I was you, I would look at the site locations as listed below, and only load the site(s) closest to you to start with. Load the talkgroups that you are trying to listen to as well. Keep in mind that with the antenna that came with your 325P2, anything further than 15-20 miles from you would likely be pointless. I hope this is the correct way to look at it.1645739375761.png

PROSCAN is a very good software option for scanner programming. I would recommend it to anyone for Uniden scanners.

Why does it feel like when I am on p25 system i can not hear the whole conversation like a regular frequency?

If you are scanning more than one system, it takes time to switch back and forth. If there is a small break in the conversation, it will continue scanning and a quick "10-4" will be missed while the scanner cycles back around. It's just the nature of the beast. If there is something going on that you don't want to miss, you may have to hold on that channel. Then resume scanning when you are ready.

So when I am uploading the data to my scanner is it ok if I deleted the systems by accident and reuploaded them? (Like that does not damage the scanner does it?) also when I am uploading to the scanner is also ok to keep upaloading the same systems while making corrections and adding systems? Hope i didnt confuse you there

Whiskey3JMC is right. You shouldn't hear any static on trunked or digital systems if they are programmed correctly. Analog is a different animal. As far as a temp lock out, you can hit the "L/O" button on your radio, and it will temporarily lock out a channel until you power cycle the radio. If you press it twice, it will lock it out, then you have to go to the channel itself and unlock it. For damaging the memory, it's just like anything else. It will eventually wear out, but it will take some time to do that. It's fine to make changes. That's how you learn. Take the time to review your programming to avoid multiple uploads if possible.
