So how can I upload new stuff to my scanner without having having to re-upload the systems i already have so i dont mess up the memory? @ProScan
You can either A. Upload all systems and check the box "Delete All Systems In The Scanner..." or B. Uncheck the items not to upload and check the box "Don't Delete Any Scanner Items..."

Always keep a backup of the ProScan database.

What you mean a backup? Dont delete any scanner items sounds a lot more ideal
Compliments on the software though i really love it, the only thing i have a hard time with is figuring out how to set the right SITES for the specific talk groups in my area but other than that I have it down with quick keys and number tags with groups and all

Thanks for the complements. I would start by eliminating the sites not near you. Go to the RRDB link I sent earlier and click on the site name. You should see a map. If it's out of your range then uncheck the box if you are in the RRDB Import section or if you already imported it then delete it in the ProScan database.

You cannot "assign" talkgroups to a specific site, and the RR database does not include any information on which site (of a multi-site system) carries which specific talkgroups.

In your programming, include the site (or sites) that cover the area where your talkgroups of interest are located. If one of your talkgroups is in use on one of your programmed sites, you'll hear it, but there is no way to actually 'assign' any TGID to a certain site, other than creating a system, with only the desired site, and the talkgroups of interest. But as long as you are using ID Scan, you'll only hear the talkgroups you want, regardless of which specific site that is carrying them.

Is their a limit to having groups in a system? @ProScan

I Thought i could only store up to 99 systems?
I think you are confusing the systems limit (answered in your other thread) with the number of Quick Keys. Quick keys, for systems and/or sites in the 325P2. Quick keys can be 0 to 99. But your total number of systems is up to 500, which would be exceedingly slow to scan at the same time. Total memory channel limits are noted in the linked answer.
