I have the win500 installed, I am a premium RR member and also have the key and am registered. I have plugged the required cable into the scanner and computer. How do I get the program to read the files already programmed into radio? Also then how do I change and save the files to the scanner. Sorry if this has been answered before but I cannot find the amswer
