Connections errors

First time feed provider here, and am unable to keep my feed connected for more than a couple minutes. I am using the radio feed program (scanner cast wouldnt connect at all, some sort of error between rr and the program).

I am using a desktop computer, but it runs off wireless internet. Is that my problem? Anyway of fixing that?
