WQMA924 Connetquot CSD in Bohemia, Suffolk County. They switched to a MotoTRBO system in 2010. I always assumed it was in the database but apparently I was incorrect. Recently just came across one of the frequencies as I'm trying to figure out how to receive DMR on the scanner. It is not in the database. Trying to receive more info as I figure out how to monitor a DMR system.

I hear them on 462.450 color code 1 Talk Groups 50, 100, 200
up here in Ct.
What scanner do you have to hear DMR with. Just put frequency in the radio and set mode to DMR. You can leave color code to "any" and talkgroup to any and slot to any also. You will hear anyone else on that freq. using DMR if you leave it it set to any. The only other DMR use in this area that I hear on 462.450 is Yale New Haven Hospital Maint. and they use Color Code 10.
Hopefully the scanner you have is capable of receiving the DMR mode.
Bob
Edit, all the schools here in Ct. are closed until further notice. All of the bus freqs. are quiet now up here like its summer time. I don't know if Suffolk closed their schools also, but I am willing to guess they did.

How do you know you’re hearing CSD? They’re DMR trunked. I’m using an SDS100

Cool. So you’re saying they’re on a conventional DMR system? I was under the impression that it was a connect+ or capacity+ system

It is very possible it is a trunked system, but my whistler scanners basically just scan the freqs. as if they were conventional. The scanner doesn't really track the system as Unidens do but still work very well.

It’s a Cap system. 464.9625 ID’s as SID01 with color code 1. 462.45 and 464.6375 are also color code 1, but 463.8375 is color code 2. More activity is needed to confirm the LCN.

Capacity+ as of 3 months ago

I started trying to figure out that system with dsdplus a while ago but got sidetracked. The order listed below was working but that was over 3 months ago.. Think I logged 2 or 3 talk groups..

Cap+, 8888, 1, 1, 462.4500, 462.4500, 0 1st Cap+ repeater (Ch1 and Ch2)
Cap+, 8888, 1, 3, 463.8375, 463.8375, 0 2nd Cap+ repeater (Ch3 and Ch4)
Cap+, 8888, 1, 99, 464.6375, 464.6375, 0
Cap+, 8888, 1, 99, 464.9625, 464.9625, 0 control
Cap+, 8888, 1, 99, 451.3000, 451.3000, 0

Also, according to the FCC database, there's WPWM818 which shows two repeaters with DMR emissions. Possibly conventional DMR for school operations.

Those frequencies are 464.0375/R and 464.3125/R
